1. About Grill Grub

Grill Grub is a seasonal, local grilling club offering curated monthly boxes of professionally prepared, flash-frozen grilling proteins. Products are delivered locally and are not shipped via national carriers.

Grill Grub operates on a limited-capacity, seasonal membership model.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order

Grill Grub reserves the right to refuse service or cancel memberships at its discretion.

3. Membership Structure

Seasonal Membership

• Grill Grub consists of four monthly boxes, typically running from May through August
• Members may join mid-season if delivery capacity is available
• Once joined, members receive delivery priority for the remainder of the season
• Membership availability is limited by production and delivery capacity

4. Ordering, Cutoffs & Availability

• Each monthly box is available for a limited four-week period
• Orders, add-ons, skips, and cancellations must be submitted before the weekly cutoff for your scheduled delivery
• After the cutoff, orders are finalized and cannot be modified
• Once a box rotates out, it is no longer available

5. Billing & Payments

Initial Purchase

• Customers are charged immediately for their first box at the time of joining
• This charge secures membership and delivery priority

Future Monthly Boxes

• Subsequent boxes are billed at the weekly cutoff for the applicable delivery
• Members receive advance notice prior to billing
• You are only charged for boxes you have not skipped, paused, or canceled prior to the cutoff

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.

6. Skips, Pauses & Cancellations

Members may:

• Skip individual monthly boxes
• Pause deliveries
• Cancel their membership

All changes must be made before the weekly cutoff for the affected delivery. If a membership is skipped or canceled, the delivery slot may be released to another customer.

No refunds are issued for orders finalized after the cutoff.

7. Add-Ons

• Members may add additional packs of proteins included in the active monthly box
• Add-ons must be placed before the weekly cutoff
• No substitutions or custom requests are available
• Availability of add-ons is limited and not guaranteed

8. Product Information & Substitutions

Grill Grub makes every effort to deliver the proteins listed for each box. If an item becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a similar protein of equal or greater quality and value.

Total portion size, meal count, and overall value will never be reduced.

9. Food Safety & Handling

• All products are professionally prepared in a U.S.D.A. inspected facility
• Products are vacuum sealed and flash frozen
• Proper storage and handling instructions must be followed upon delivery

Grill Grub is not responsible for issues arising from improper storage, handling, or preparation after delivery.

10. Delivery

• Grill Grub delivers locally within designated service areas
• Delivery timing may vary based on production schedules and logistics
• Someone should be available to receive deliveries when applicable

Grill Grub is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.

11. No Resale

Products purchased from Grill Grub are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Grill Grub website, including text, images, branding, logos, and design elements, is the property of Grill Grub and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grill Grub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable box or order.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grill Grub from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Changes to These Terms

Grill Grub may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
