Grill Grub was born from a simple idea: what if great grilling didn't have to be complicated?

We saw too many backyard grillers stuck between two options—generic grocery store proteins that needed hours of prep, or expensive, time-consuming trips to specialty butchers. There had to be a better way.

That's when we partnered with a Detroit-based Eastern Market processor known for their award-winning recipes and commitment to Michigan-raised proteins. Together, we created a seasonal grilling club that takes the guesswork out of grilling while delivering restaurant-quality flavor.
